All the products offered by TICKET TIME could be bought via this website and via our contact forms.

TICKETS

TICKET TIME offers tickets by categories that appear in Real Madrid CFmatches section. Below the categories prices there is a seating map where are located these categories.

TICKET TIME only guarantees tickets in pairs, we sell by categories and we can’t promise specific sectors or blocks.

The buyer will inform in the booking about the following details: the event’s name, the number of tickets and the chosen category.  As well as the personal and bank details in order to confirm the booking. This information won’t be published or used against the established in Ley OrgĂĄnica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de ProtecciĂłn de Datos de CarĂĄcter Personal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

TICKETS

TICKET TIME won’t give back the ticket cost unless we couldn’t offer the acquired service.

-The fact that the buyer couldnÂŽt use the tickets in the date that the event will be celebrate is not a reason for cancellation.

–TICKET TIME won’t be responsable of the changes that the event organizators could do for example if there is a change in the event date or place of celebration. If there is a date change TICKET TIME will offer the buyer to posibility to attend on the new date. If the buyer couldn’t attend on the new date the ticket cost won’t be refunded.

DELIVERY POLICY

TICKETS

Once you had made a booking you will recive a voucher with all the confirmation details: event’s name, date and place of celebration, as well as the number of tickets and the chosen category.

Tickets will be delivered to your hotel 1 or 2 days before the event or in your check in date. Tickets will be in your hotel’s reception inside an enveloppe under your name.
